Sharing a service charge in proportion to each person’s subtotal generally tracks consumption more closely, so that is the starting point — but it is always visible and always changeable, and the What if panel shows what switching to an equal split would do to each person, down to the cent.
Set it to Included and nothing is added — the charge is already inside the prices you entered. That keeps the record honest without inflating anybody’s share.
